          Sends your last 14 days of meals, exercise, and weight — plus your saved food preferences — to Claude using your own API key (set it in Settings). It returns a week of meals built around what you actually eat and a consolidated shopping list.

          Prefer to use the Claude subscription you already pay for? Your Pro/Max plan can't power this app directly — the subscription and the API bill separately — but you can copy the exact prompt with your logged data and paste it into a Claude.ai chat, which runs under your plan at no extra cost (and you can pick Opus there).

          Targets & tracked nutrients

          Calories are always tracked. Add just the nutrients you care about — they show up in the Today bars, the meal form, auto-estimates, and the weekly planner. Each account has its own list.

          Server & sync

          Checking for a hosting server…

          When hosted, your data is stored on the server under your account (survives cache clears and browser changes). Each person gets their own key(s) — one per device is fine; keys of the same account share the same data. Without a server it falls back to this browser's storage. Tip: to set up a new device, AirDrop/message it a link in the form https://your-app/#key=THEKEY — opening it saves the key automatically (the #fragment never reaches the server or its logs).

          API key (yours, for the planner)

          If the server has ANTHROPIC_API_KEY set, the planner uses that automatically and you can leave this blank. Otherwise, paste your personal key here — it's stored only in this browser and sent only when you press Generate.

          Planner default: claude-sonnet-5 (near-Opus quality on structured plans, cheaper; claude-opus-4-8 = best quality). Quick default: claude-haiku-4-5 — fast and cheap for nutrition auto-fill and meal suggestions. Edit if a name ever changes.

          Your saved food preferences

          This is sent to the planner so it never suggests things you dislike. Edit freely.

          Compact with AI rewrites this with the same information in fewer words (it's sent with every planner/estimate request, so shorter = cheaper). Review the result, then Save.
